Diamonds, onix and enamel gold brooch/pendant - 19th century

bar brooch set with rose-cut diamonds and onyx, from which is suspended a heart-shaped pendant inside which can hold and conceal a photo, a leaflet, a small flower, a small plant, decorated with black enamel and rose-cut diamonds.
Bar brooch dimendions 48 x 5 mm. Pendant lenght 45 mm. Pendant width 25 mm. Total weight 13.8 g.
