ARTIST ABOUT THE SCULPTURE:
The present work is a joke about the television coverage we are being subjected to today, the grinding of the same information over and over again evokes my associations with chewing. As always it is interesting to see what you can't see off screen as well, but is an important subtext.
BIO ARTISTS:
Marek Jerzy Nowakowski is a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznan. He defended his diploma work in Prof. Józef Kpoczyński's studio in 1993.
